M RAYAPPA NAYAK

CA M. Rayappa Nayak is a Partner of M. Rayappa Nayak & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mangaluru. He holds a Commerce Degree from Canara College, Mangaluru, and completed his articleship training in Yes N Kay Associates, Mangaluru prior to qualifying as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

He established M. Rayappa Nayak & Co. in the year 1989 as a sole proprietorship, which has subsequently been reconstituted as a partnership firm. With professional experience spanning over 36 years, he has been actively associated with assignments in the areas of accounting, taxation, audit-related services, and management consultancy, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

CA M. Rayappa Nayak has been involved in client advisory, compliance support, and practice management, and continues to provide professional guidance in the conduct of the firm's assignments. He is also engaged in mentoring and guiding articled assistants and young professionals, contributing to their professional development in line with the ethical and technical standards prescribed by ICAI.

Gautham Nayak M

CA Gautham Nayak M is a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of professional experience in the areas of taxation, audit and assurance, financial management, financial analysis, business structuring, and compliance advisory, carried out in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

He has been actively associated with the professional activities of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has served in various leadership roles at the Mangaluru Branch of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC). His roles include Chairman (2023-2024), Vice Chairman (2022-2023), and Treasurer (2021-2022) of the Mangaluru Branch of SIRC of ICAI. He has also served as Chairman of the Mangaluru Branch of the Southern India Chartered Accountants Students- Association (SICASA) (2020-2021), contributing to student development and professional education initiatives.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and holds the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). His professional exposure covers areas including financial reporting, direct and indirect taxation, corporate law, and financial management.

In professional practice, he works with businesses, institutions, and entrepreneurs, assisting them in matters relating to financial systems, regulatory compliance, and advisory support, with due emphasis on professional ethics, integrity, and objective advice.
